Layout using new CM Sunburst Recipe Template

I finally got to try out my new Creative Memories Sunburst Recipe Template this weekend.   

I really like how this turned out even though I am not very good at freehand cutting when my hands are sore.   Usually, I would try to cut something like this with my Cricut instead.  

The patterned cardstock is from an Amy Tangerine paper pad that I got at Michael's a few years ago.

The paper is so bold that I haven't added any embellishments yet, but might look at my stash and see what I can find that would coordinate without being too fussy.   

This video from Creative Memories shows a few ways that you can use your template to get a completely different look and features a tutorial showing how to create a layout with the Sunburst Template.
