New Hostess Plan

One of the changes that Stampin' Up has made this year is a revision to the Hostess Plan. 

Hostesses can now spend Hostess Dollars towards any item in the Idea Book & Catalogue or use their Hostess Dollars towards exclusive Hostess Only Sets.

Host a Workshop over $525 and you will also get to choose an item for 50% off.

As a Stampin' Up Hobby Demonstrator I can also earn Hostess Dollars for my personal orders over $200. I'm really looking forward to ordering under this new plan and adding to my Big Shot accessories and getting more tools for my craft room.

July kicks off a New Year for Stampin' Up! 

The new 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalogue is now available, along with many new stamp sets and a beautiful new selection of In Colors for 2011-2013.  The Hostess Plan has also been revised - earn $$'s to spend on hostess only sets or save for any item in the catalog.

Out With the Old...

Stampin' Up has released the lists of products that will be retired this month to make way for new items in the upcoming Idea Book & Catalog.



Stamp Sets will be available until the end of June but the items on the Accessories list and the Definitely Decorative lists will only be available while supplies last.

Final Days of Sale-a-Bration!

Just a couple days left and then Sale-a-Bration will be over.

I placed my order this morning and took advantage of some great deals from the Stampin' Up Clearance Rack!
I love the Big Shot so I couldn't resist when I saw the clearance pricing on some of the dies for it. 

Unfortunately, due to some things happening at home I haven't been able to do as much with my Stampin' Up as I had planned when I started last fall.  Hopefully everything will be settled soon. 

I did work on one card recently for a friend at work who was leaving for a new job. The hedgehog stamp that came in my starter kit was perfect for her - she has 3 pet hedgehogs at home.  Except for the polka dot embossing folder all products are Stampin' Up and most of the cardstock used also came with my starter kit.  The hedgehog was heat embossed using a craft stampin' spot and clear embossing powder - that gave a nice texture for the quills then I lightly coloured it in with pastels.
